Do I have to wear a costume to attend?

No! While many guests love to don their finest garb—be it Viking, Renaissance, or fantastical—you’re welcome to join the festivities in whatever makes you comfortable.

Is this a family friendly event?

Yes! Trials of Ragnarök is open to all ages, with entertainment and activities suitable for families throughout the day.

Is it pet friendly?

Yes—well‑behaved, leashed pets are welcome to join the fun. Please ensure they remain under control and are comfortable with crowds, noise, and other animals. Carden Farm Dog Park will be fully reserved for the event.

Where can I park?

The main parking will be located at the Ingles Parking Lot located at 190 Clinch Avenue, Clinton, TN 37716. We will have a shuttle service and schedule posted for transport, or it is about a 15 minute walk.

Is accessible parking available?

Yes! There will be a reserved accessible parking area on the grounds. This will not require the shuttle.

What is the age limit for competing in the Trials?

Everyone wishing to compete in the Trials must be at least 13 years old, and must sign a waiver before competing.

What can I donate to ACARF (Anderson County Animal Rescue Foundation)?

Requested items for donation are pet food (canned or dry), pet cleaning products, pet beds, toys, grooming items, and any other useful pet products!

Is alcohol allowed on the grounds?

Alcohol will be available for purchase within the beer garden. Alcoholic beverages must remain within the beer garden premises. Any outside alcohol is not permitted.

Do you offer weekend passes, group passes, family discount, or military/senior discount?

Unfortunately, there are not any bulk pass rates or discounts.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Absolutely! Cards and cash will be accepted.

Is re-entry allowed after I leave the event grounds?

Yes! Colored wristbands will be provided per day, and you are welcome to leave and return within event hours.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

The grounds are primarily wheelchair accessible. Carden Farm Dog Park is equipped with sidewalks, however a portion of the event is located on grassy area.

Do vendors accept cards, or should I bring cash?

While most vendors accept card, cash, or electronic payments, it is not a requirement for vendors to do so.

Trials of Ragnarök is located at Carden Farm Dog Park in Clinton, TN on Saturday, October 11th from 12-8pm, and Sunday, October 12th from 12-6pm. The address is 401 Riverview Drive, Clinton, TN 37716.
